Mental Health Collaborative

Guadalupe Alternative Program (GAP) serves communities challenges by transitions and poverty through education and enrichment opportunities, social and emotional support, and training that leads to employment.  GAP is contracted with St. Paul Public Schools to provide education for high-risk youth, and with Ramsey and Hennepin Counties to provide Children¹s Therapeutic Support Services.  GAP contracts with the Minneapolis Public Schools and Hennepin County to provide school-based mental health services at Hmong International Academy, Edison High School, Jefferson Community, Green Central Park Community, Folwell School.

School-based mental health services include group therapy, individual therapy, family therapy and home-based services.
